PLEASE SEE ATTACHED THE TIME SLOTS FOR EACH TEAMS PRESENTATION.
To ensure the day runs smoothly please have your teams meet 30 mins prior to your allocated time.
As we will have a full day of BBQ, amusement rides, entertainment and our major raffle being drawn at 1pm.. we encourage all teams to bring your picnic blanket and make a day of it!
Please communicate this to your teams..We look forward to seeing all players with their families.
If there are any issues with the allocated times please advise us ASAP.
