On 7th March 2022 our AC United Committee met with Life Members for the Inaugural Life Members meeting.
Andrew Bella, AC United President thanked members and acknowledged their past contributions to AC United, many of our Life Members have been involved with the club for over 20 years and are still very actively involved in volunteering their time as coaches and managers and/or playing in our AC United teams.
Our Life Members reminisced about club history, their good times, their passion and commitment to the club and described AC United as their ‘other family’. At the meeting we discussed club progression and exciting new initiatives that are planned moving forward.
The AC Committee values our Life Members contributions and will continue to meet on a regular basis to keep our members informed and to allow for feedback on club activities.
One of the key outcomes of the meeting was that we discussed collaborating on documenting the club history which we are looking forward to celebrating and sharing with our AC United Family.
